Supervision for Psychotherapists

I provide clinical supervision for therapists new to private practice.  We discuss the clinical aspects of your cases and connect theory to practice. Equally importantly we discuss your feelings about and your own observations of your work.

In addition, I offer guidance on developing professional and business policies that form the foundation of a high-quality and successful practice, including such things as recordkeeping, setting fees, navigating insurance, marketing, and networking.

When three or more therapists are interested, a small supervision group can be formed. This offers the benefit of peer input and support, as well as my experienced oversight. It also reduces the cost for each therapist. 

Dynamic supervision enhances learning, deepens practice, and helps to build confidence.
